BIMBAM is a software for Bayesian Imputation Based Association Mapping, developed by Yongtao Guan in Matthew Stephens Lab at the University of Chicago. Please take a minute to fill out the registration, and a download page will be created for you. Your email will be used to update you on bug fixes and new versions. BIMBAM has three major functionalities:

• Imputation of missing genotypes
• Single SNP Bayes factor calculations
• Multi-SNP Bayes factor calculations for a small region
